FatCat PowerBar 4200 – don’t be fooled by its size

The world has shifted into one that is overrun by technology and social media. While it’s a little disheartening to see toddlers chewing on smartphones, it’s a little difficult to imagine life without an electronic device glued to your hand. The one thing that will cause a considerable amount of panic now though, is having your gear die in the middle of the day. Even if your phone has a long battery life, playing games, sending texts or emails, and taking pictures of your cat can drain the battery. If you’re not near an outlet, you need a backup, and you’re not going to want to carry around something bulky.

The FatCat PowerBar 4200 is hoping to fulfill most of your device-charging needs. It can handle all smartphones, MP3 players, and in a pinch, it can juice up a tablet to about 50 percent with its 4200 mAh Lithium Polymer battery. This will hold its charge for about three months, and is pretty small measuring at 4 x 2.4 x 0.5”. It has two female connectors, comes in a variety of colors, and will cost around $80.
