Firetune. Billed as the world’s first ‘automated optimizer for Firefox’. Well I’ve tried it and it didn’t seem to break anything. Can’t say it’s had a massive impact on the Ferret browsing experience though. But hey, it’s free and YMMV anyway. Anyone with more detailed info shout it out in the comments.
Don’t know how it works, but i notice a definite speed increase — also in the speed that the program opens (which is normally fairly slow). I’m very happy with it!
