Flashing Roadside Emergency Disk is a flare for all occasions

FRED
When you need to be seen, the best way to do so is with a bright light. Whether you need friends to spot you from afar, you need to be noticed off the side of the road, or are trapped on a mountainside, a beacon of hope shining forth from your location is what will draw others to you. Of course, we commonly think of using a flare in these situations, but not many of us have those at the ready anymore. What we need is a modern version that has a strobe light mode and LEDs (the strobe mode is mainly for random dance parties).

The Flashing Roadside Emergency Disk will let you alert friends or help in a variety of different ways. There are nine different flare modes that you can access by depressing the button on top. It can withstand being crushed, rained on, and can’t be shattered, so you can rely on this for camping trips as well. Seeing that the back of this light is also magnetic, this would also be a good way for you to instruct friends on which car to follow if you’re both headed to the same destination. It can last for about 38 hours on 3AAA batteries, and will cost you around $15.
