Hohem T2 Wireless Gimbal Stabilizer – Is this the Best One? [REVIEW]

In an era where shooting films on your phone is normal, new accessories to film are being released. The Hohem T2 Gimbal is one of them. But is it any good?

The first thing you need to know is that Hohem T2 retails for 199£, but makes up for that price in what it can do. It’s a 3-axis gimbal, which means it can rotate on three axises. One on the back, one on the side and one on the bottom.

This also means the T2 is very versatile, with a lot of abilities to shoot the smooth video you want to make. It has one button in the middle with different functions. It has facial tracking, you can take pictures/videos or do a 180 or 360 panorama with one click (or more depending on what you want) on the button! Above the button, there’s a joystick, which you can use to control the gimbal. Of course, it also works without the joystick, when everything is fully calibrated.

Besides all the manual things you can do, this thing also has an app, which uses Bluetooth. With the app, you can go even further with experimenting with videos. There is an editing booth and all the different functions are explained in the app as well.

The battery lasts for approximately 4 hours and it’s made for IOS and Android. So if you’re looking for a step up in the Gimbal-game, then the T2 can be something for you! It’s not cheap, but it has a lot of features and it’s well built. You can find the gimbal here.
