Wimbledon may never be the same if tennis racket maker Head has its way. The company has developed a new racket called the iS18 ChipSystem which – according to this EE Times report – incorporates advanced piezoelectric technology to eliminate 50% of the vibrations and provide what Head calls ‘active counterforce’ during ball contact.
