iMemories – Preserve the family history

Image

iMemories is another media preservation and archiving service. You send them your old negatives, photos, video tapes or movie film and they digitise and store them before returning your media. Shipping can be done with GPS enabled boxes so you always know where your stuff is.

Once it’s all scanned and uploaded you can watch and share your memories and upload current ones as well. You can also choose your favourite videos and photos, and have them compiled into a purchasable DVD for ultimate portability. Prices start at US$0.49 per slide/negative/photograph and US$9.99 per videotape or 50ft film reel. [Thanks Jennifer]
