Working out on a weight training machine is tough work. Finding the optimal weight to work out at, and building on top of that not only takes a lot of time, but is also quite boring. What if you could take the idea of working out on a machine, and move it underwater?
While you’re not going to be submerged to use this, the In Pool Exercise Glider gives you a more entertaining way to work out. It works very similarly to an elliptical machine, in that it won’t be as hard on your joints. This needs to sit in at least 3 feet of water, and you can glide your way to improved muscle strength and cardiovascular health. It does cost $1,400, which is quite a bit more than a gym membership. However, taking the impact off of your joints may help save you from an expensive surgery in the future.
Any reason why this costs $1,400? Seems like an awful lot compared to a regular elliptical.
