Key Card Door Alarm.

Key Card Door Alarm.’s a toy, but it’s a useful toy. So say ThinkGeek, and who are we to argue? It differs from ordinary boring door alarms because it keeps a time stamp of when the lock was breached. Up to four time stamps actually. Which means that you can find out exactly when your pesky brother entered your bedroom to steal time on your World of Warcraft again, and nail him better than…than…a really good fictional cop on TV. Or something. $14.99.

The Key Card Alarm stores time stamps of the last four times security was breached. Like professional alarms, if the two pieces are separated, an annoying klaxon will sound. But this alarm has a stealth mode: you can silence the alarm and just collect the time stamp….This is a toy. It does work, but please don’t use it to protect something valuable (like a multi-million dollar server room).
