I don’t use this particular item, but, I’ve been using a wrist strap for my bulky dSLR for years and wouldn’t ever use anything else. The only thing is, if you are in a place taking photos, and someone comes up to shake your hand, you have to use your LEFT hand. ;)
I saw a photographer once that had a GREAT harness system for using two cameras. It was a custom job but it was wonderful.
