There have been a lot of cases and accessories for the iPhone that add different lenses to the camera. While I agree that the right lens can make a difference, I’ve been pretty opposed to the whole idea. My main reason for this is that bulky lenses make a phone hard to carry. If I can’t carry my phone in my pocket, then I feel like I might as well just bring along my DSLR. That’s why I’m happy to see this Macro Cell Lens Band.

This lens accessory is one of the smartest ones that I’ve seen. Essentially, it’s a lens built into a rubber band. Thus, it will take up very little room in your pocket, and you can take great macro pictures whenever you want. Also, due to its design, it works with virtually any cellphone, rather than being limited to one or two models like most lenses. My favorite feature is the $15 price. If you ever want to take macro pictures with your phone, this looks like your best bet.
