OK, I’m thinking UK Lotto, scratch cards… Newsagents being convicted of scratching off the little pannel which says whether the card is a winner or not then selling them on… now we’ll never know when they have!
Lets hope that the metalic tape isn’t the same colour as the scratch cards. Otherwise there could be problems.
