The Mimo 720-S is the touch screen version of the freshly minted Mimo 710-S USB auxiliary screen. It’s a 7″ 800 x 480 USB monitor but it’s been redesigned to fold flat against its base to protect the screen and to give you multimonitor mwa-ha-ha wherever you deploy.
The price of portability is a decrease in versatility as the screen can still be rotated but you lose the height adjustment. No word on price as yet but the non touchscreen version is US$149.99 and available now for shipping around the end of August.
Yes, the rumors are true…the 720-S Mobile Slider will offer TOUCHSCREEN capability in the same compact, foldable footprint as the 710-S.
