Mike & the Awesomely Fab Folk at Gizmo (arf!) have popped up with a great Siemens survey which looks at differing mobile phone cultures. Fascinating stuff indeed! Unfortunately it’s Far East only at the moment, but here’s hoping they do one over here, as it should make for some rather interesting reading.
* ‘When I’ve forgotten my mobile phone at home, I just have to go back and get it’ More than half of the people in Asia Pacific say they will go home to get their phone. Including a whopping 70% in China of all places.
* ‘I often send a wrong message to another number hoping I can meet someone new.’ Nearly a quarter of phone users in India will send an unidentified message, and 17% in Malaysia. Wow!
