Weve all wanted night vision goggles since we were kids so we could cause mischief in the dark and see what were doing. The only problem is that they are expensive to get, and you can only see in green. Thanks to the Nanosystem Research Division of AIST (National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology Japan), we now have a night vision camera that allows you to see colors even in pitch-black darkness.
It uses advanced algorithms to analyze reflected wavelengths from objects of different colors. Using highly sensitive infrared technology, you can now have real-time video thats shot in the dark. This is all still in a highly developmental stage, but theyre already making plans to scale it down and put it on the market. Hopefully for a much cheaper price than the current night vision goggles as well. This will eventually lead to really awesome affordable camera that takes excellent quality photos. Or at least we can hope anyway.

not only will it be possible to see full color at mid-night to make everything more easy to see,but also to see criminals when they bankrobbering at night in full color ,in order to also better distinguish and identifie those bad persons.
this technology maybe also ideal to realtime colorize existing night vision,b&w,monochrome recordings, foto,s to solve many mysteries and many murdings from now and the past.
since this amezing technology realtime colorizes night vision recordings,by basing those grayscales, monocolors onto those grayscales, monocolors wich are mapped into many colors, into it,s database, along with an object recogrnizer, once a match is found, the system will aply these colors onto those grayscales monocolors,in order to get full color nightvision.
just amezing!!!!
