Super group Pink Floyd has decided to release one final album to the world, and of course it’s going to be a huge thing. But even more massive is the fact that they’ve gone and released the whole thing for free streaming on Spotify first, in order to get everyone excited.
Endless River is a series of re-mastered tracks taken from over 30 hours of material, a kind of reprise of Division Bell. It’s a very familiar sound, which will either delight or horrify you, depending on your religion. The band has no plans to tour the album, so no more large pigs abseiling down wires, alas. You can listen to the album below, but you’ll need Spotify installed to make it work.
