PostCarden – The garden you can post

Image

PostCarden is a cute idea that allows you to send a far-from-boring greeting card. It’s a packet of cress seeds and a pop-up scene to hold them while they grow. Choose from one of three scenes including a Cityscape, Botanical Conservatory or an Alotment. Plant the cress, water it and bung it in the sun. In a week you’ll have a little garden growing. Don’t forget to write a message on the back. 7.50 each.

For our first product we looked at the most universal gift – the greeting card. We felt that this conventional card lacked surprise, bringing only a momentary enjoyment. The arrival of a greeting card or letter in the post can always brighten up your normal mail and bring pleasure but once opened its role becomes commonplace and static.
