If you’re wondering about working out right now, whether you should or shouldn’t, well you should. This isn’t about meeting some fitness goal because you have time now, this is about simple health. You will feel maybe a little bit better if you spend some time getting physical.

With gyms closed and outdoor options limited, you may be wondering if you should order a ton of equipment online. You can if you want but you don’t have to. You already have what you need mostly at home.

And the benefits are that you’ll stay healthier and you’ll get a little bit of a mood boost. It won’t solve all your problems, we’re in a global pandemic, but it could give a break a couple of minutes a day and make you feel a tiny bit better.
