Site News – got some bad cookies

Hello Readers! We’ve gotten a few messages from you guys regarding some problems with accessing the site. Not everyone is experiencing these issues but for those that have (or if it starts up in the future) we have an easy fix and you can use it for other sites too. If you’ve gotten the “400 Bad Request” error, here’s how to solve it.

The long and short of it is that’s a bad cookie (no snack time for you!) and solving the problem is just getting rid of it. The quick and dirty way is just to dump all the cookies but you may have your reasons for not doing that.

This step by step guide goes over how to find and delete specific cookies in Firefox, Chrome, and IE. The whole process only takes a few minutes you’ll be back in business in no time. If you’ve seen that error before or if it starts popping up, this is how you can beat it.
