Sitpack – avoid standing when waiting in long lines

Sitpack in use

Standing in line is lame. It doesn’t matter who you are or what you are waiting for, standing in line is not a good time and if it’s for anything worthwhile, chances are you’re going to start feeling a bit achy before you get to the end. To save your legs, check out the Sitpack, a portable standing chair.

This is a lightweight little carry-a-long that looks like an umbrella but is really a seat. Surprise! This isn’t a full sit down, reclining type chair. This is really just a way to take some stress off of your back and legs while you wait.

This particular innovation can hold up to 100kg and stands at the max height of a normal barstool but can be adjusted for lower depending on your needs. It is light weight and a carry case can be purchased to make having this on hand even easier. If you’re looking at going somewhere where long lines are unavoidable (I’m looking at you theme parks, all of you) then check out the Sitpack for $60.

  • It looks like a punchline to a joke, unfortunately.
