Sleep on it.

Would you try the Uberman sleep method? And why Uberman – aren’t there naff connotations with that word? The whole thing sounds very weird, and not particularly good for the body/soul.

‘The obvious first benefit is more free time. I currently clock in between two hours and fifty minutes and three hours and ten minutes of sleep per twenty four hour period.’
