SoulCares Soil Scanner – find out if your dirt is the fertile kind

Most of us can’t just look at dirt and know whether or not it will be any good for planting. Many people are turning to growing their own food without a great deal of experience in farming. Wanna know if your dirt is worth planting in? Check out the SoilCares Soil Scanner.

This scanner tests how much nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium is in your dirt. All very important nutrients for feeding your garden. It can also let you know what the pH level is as well as temperature. You don’t want to try and plant when the dirt is too cold!

Once you’ve tested it will also let you know what crops are best for the soil you have. It works with an app by connecting via Bluetooth so you can easily view and store your data. All you have to do, is stick the scanner in the dirt. Downside is it has a monthly charge to use the service. Contact the company for pricing.

  • You lost me at “it has a monthly charge”.

    • Yeah I’m not too big of a fan of that either but it may prove useful if you end up saving money with your awesome garden!
