The glasses let you Snap whatever you’re looking at. You can make your own stories with just a glance and push of a button. They connect directly with Snapchat allowing for easy and instant sharing. For people who communicate mostly in snaps online, this could save a lot of time.

Previously, the special glasses could only be purchased in the wild at certain locations where the vending machines popped up. I’m sure that drummed up some interest in the product but if you don’t happen to live in the sort of trendy area where that sort of thing happens, then getting your hands on a pair was next to impossible.
