We all seem to have a fascination of recording the world around us. Each moment that passes will never come again, so we constantly take photos, video, and write down current events to make a long-standing log of everything we’ve seen and heard. However, even with this incessant memory-making, we can’t capture everything around us…or can we?
The Sphericam wants to make sure you don’t lose a milometer of your world. That’s why it has four cameras with fish eye lenses. You can see everything in an edge-free 360 degree format, and get up to three hours of recording time. This little recording device will give you video with a resolution of 720p that will save to an SD card. Recording is a snap, as all you need do is put in your card, turn it on to start filming, and hit stop when you’re done. The software that comes with this little machine will upload your newly documented memories, and can be moved to wherever you wish. This is a very expensive little camera though that comes in at around $1,500 a pop. It’s a neat idea, but comes at a price that is a bit too steep unless you have good reason for getting one.
