‘The results conclude that some devices can generate economically free energy. This study also concludes there is a possible link between gravity and electromagnetism that can be exploited to generate antigravity or electrogravity effects.’

The real problem is that this stuff is all but impenetrable to the layman, which means that if we’re ever to benefit from anti-gravity, free energy and the like we’re going to need a passel of scientists to follow up on this work in more detail.
