Spyder III Krypton Laser can actually be seen in outer space

Laser pointers are ridiculously fun, as they can be used for anything from pranks to classroom lectures. Anyone who has ever wanted a laser pointer always has wanted one so bright that they can still see it from extremely far away (and set things on fire). The Spyder III Krypton Laser is likely going to be the brightest laser you’ve ever come across, seeing as it has the capability to leave our atmosphere.

For a laser that can beam onto the moon, you better know that it has a list of things not to do longer than your arm. This laser features up to a full watt of power, which can blind pilots, mess up satellites in orbit, and who knows what else, so you can understand why they have to be cautious with selling them. The 1W laser costs $999.95, the 300mW is $299.95, and the middle ground of 500mW is $499.95, for all those who are interested. Although, having this super laser and not being able to use it for hardly anything would make this kind of a pointless purchase.
