Sustainable and Harmonious – a solid plan for the future

Sustainable living is an important factor when thinking about the climate crisis and how to move against it. It does not make sense to start using a metal straw for occasional drinks that need it when you are still bringing home a ton of plastic from the grocery store. Sonam Wangchuk gives a more opened ended perspective in this fabulous interview.

Wangchuk is an environmentalist who is looking towards “harmonious and sustainable” approaches to making changes. He believes that these sorts of innovations will be longer lasting than other developments and they can be adopted easily by existing communities.

His work focuses on his home country of India but the same philosophies can be applied anywhere around the world. Although the changes we make may be different, the basic idea behind them is the same. Sustainable living is the paramount in a time of climate crisis.
