Sven Saw can add fuel to your fire in no time

If you like to go camping or backpacking, chances are you want to build a fire to keep warm at night. No one wants to lug around firewood though, so you’ll probably have to find a way to acquire it out in the wild. There are a lot of fallen limbs and brush around, but none of those are going to last for very long.

You’ll want to have some logs around so that you can enjoy the fire, rather than try to constantly find things to feed to it. However, you can’t exactly go out into the forest and punch logs out of fallen trees. This is why having something like the Sven Saw around is quite helpful. It is a folding saw that will go into a triangle shape to give you a rigid frame. When you’re not using it, you can fold the blade into the handle, and store it in your pack. This will cost you around $30, and can get through logs about 4 inches thick with ease.
