Switchless Drawer Light – illuminate your junk drawer

switchless drawer light

The back of desk drawers is not always the easiest place to see. There’s little or no light so you end up fumbling around for whatever you’re looking for. The Switchless Drawer Light can help save your hands when you’re digging around in the junk drawer.

The Switchless Drawer Light is an LED light that is triggered by vibration so as soon as you open the drawer, it turns on providing you with enough light to save your fingers from unseen sharp objects. It does turn off after 15 seconds so if the drawer is particularly messy, just tap the light and it’s ready to go.

The light is 6”x5/8”, a small size that will work in cabinets, toolboxes or under desks. It’s very simple to install and it runs on batteries. It will run for around 250 hours of use before you’ll need to switch batteries out. That’s a lot of opening and closing of drawers. The light comes with both screws for and a peel and stick so it can be mounted on various surfaces. The Switchless Drawer Light is $7.50.
