Terrorist Teapot and Cosy – edgy British table anarchy and a nice biscuit, vicar…?

Terrorist Teapot and Cosy. Um…somewhere deep in the bowels of the CIA/NSA machine, an Echelon operator is desperately trying to make sense of a blog post which combines the words teapot, cosy and terrorist in one sentence. And failing. OK, so we’ll make this easy, Jack. It’s designed to keep your Earl Grey warm while you foment improbable plans to unseat the local village council. See, now it makes sense, right? $44.55 in Danish stuff.

A tea cosy (American English tea cozy) is a cover for a teapot, traditionally made of cloth or wool, which is used to insulate the tea keeping it warm while it brews. Tea cosies may be embroidered, perhaps to compliment a fine set of china…Many tea cosies in Britain are hand-knitted and subsequently resemble woolen hats, even featuring a bobble on top. According to comedian Billy Connolly, if a man is left alone in a room with a tea cosy, and he does not attempt to wear it, he should not be trusted…

  • I’ve found the perfect mug to go with the terrorist tea pot. Check it out:

With the Thabto Brass Knuckle MUG, and this tea pot, nobody will touch you cookies again.

Brilliant gift ideas guys, well done.

    • That's just a tad scary JB. :)
