The Barisieur is an alarm clock and coffee maker. Not a coffee maker with a timer that greets you in the kitchen with a fresh cup of joe. This is an alarm clock that makes coffee. The alarm is the sweet smell of roasted goodness and the subtle sounds of its brewing. Instead of waking in a panic, you’ll wake with a smile.
The device uses induction heating and brews the coffee as you wake. When you finally come to, your coffee will have finished brewing. The clock includes compartments for both milk (or cream or half and half, whatever you like), sugar, and of course, extra coffee. Though the Barisieur is not out yet, the projected retail price is £150-250.
