The SpyBike GPS Tracker is a brilliant bit of kit which installs discretely inside the handlebar section of your bike, and holds a GPS chipset, GSM SIM card and long life rechargeable battery. The unit only activates when you switch it on with your keyring fob, and once armed, will send you an SMS message instantly if it detects movement.
Not only that, but it will also track the movement of your bike on a map, so you can trace it and attempt a rescue by yourself or with the aid of the authorities. It’s quad band GSM, so works just about everywhere in the world including the USA, has a GPS accuracy of 5–25 metres, and can use GSM to triangulate location if the bike is moved indoors.

The really brilliant bit, is it switches itself off to save battery after a period of inactivity, and then automatically switches on when the thief starts moving again, which is perfect for tracking your stolen bicycle the next day or if it is being stored in an apartment block. You can also manually trigger it by sending it an SMS, in case you forgot to arm it when you locked your bike up.
