The rand function. Nope, not another nasty doing the email rounds, but a rather useful and undocumented MS Word feature which lets you quickly enter dummy text into a document.

type =rand() in the Word document where you want the text to appear, press enter and �The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog will magically appear. Numbers – e.g. =rand(3,4) – specifies how many paras and sentences appear. Cool.
