Tinywave – teeny robot fights for you, Sumo style

Stop arguing, pick up the robo-control and let the machines do the fighting for you, while you kick back and take a humanoid break, beverages included. Tinywave is a Japanese robot kit, fully assembled and developed for all sorts of robot bashing sports fun.

At just 1.45 kilograms, it’s outweighed by the average household cat, and less picky at food: batteries included. And don’t worry about the Robocalypse (not just yet): Tinywave not only needs some motion programming done before his first mission assignment, but also clear commands from his master’s Bluetooth game pad. So keep breathing calmly, we’re safe. For the moment. Get it at a measly 210000, 1518, US$2266, 1686 or whatever meatspace currency you prefer. (via)
