Bathroom lines are awful and when the bathroom is on the larger side, checking the stalls is tedious and embarrassing for everyone. Now one is into that knock when they’re just trying to finish their business and get out. Tooshlights is the “smarter” bathroom management system.
Tooshlights are lights installed along the ceiling, in front of the stalls. When the light is green, that’s the sign that the stall is empty and available for use. If the stall is occupied, meaning that the latch is in the locked position, the light turns red so that people know it’s taken. Super simple system.
It’s meant to make the bathroom traffic flow a lot more smoothly which means shorter wait times for everyone. Obviously, this system is only really of use in places that have large, busy bathrooms like stadiums and airports. Still, the fact that a company looked at how we were using the bathroom and said, “We can make this better,” is worth noting. Check out the website for more information.
