There has been a long-winded argument between PC and console gamers out there. Using a keyboard and mouse provides a certain amount of precision that can’t be found on a controller. However, there still seems to be debate that the latter is better. (You can tell what side I’m on.)
The real reason console is “better” is because it’s more expensive to have a PC. Even so, all of us PC gamers still lean towards a controller every now and then. However, it feels a little foreign to move to less precision, which is why the Trackball PC Game Controller looks so promising. This is meant for PC, and will give you all the benefits of a game pad and familiar button placement, but with the addition of a trackball which will give you the precision of a mouse. This will make switching back and forth between the two a little more fluid as you will have more muscle memory. If you jump in to the early bird deal on their Kickstarter, you can get one for $35, otherwise you’ll be looking at about $55 or more.
