The Blast R-1000 Phone Recorder. Record phone and voicemail messages directly to your PC hard disk via the USB port. It’s even got an inbuilt microphone for some real live recording fun. The software comes with search, sort and archive functionality, which would probably have been useful for Thomas Hawk in his recent tussle with that nasty PriceRitePhoto store in New York.
Search, sort, email recordings — add comments and bookmarks, too! You can instantly replay any conversation, or search for a recording any time in the future — by date or by topic. (The software time/date stamps each recording.) Archive your recordings on CD! Drop the audio files onto your website, or share them via email. Those who don’t have PC speakers can listen via a headset or telephone handset.
How about some spec’s on the device?!? What kind of review doesn’t say sample rates, software that stores calls, what format the calls are in, etc etc? If the device costs $130, I should at least get this much info prior to buying…
Er…you’re new to the gadget blogs world, aren’t you? :-)
There way better devices coming with professional software at the same cost.
