The 5 Day Weather Forecaster. Hmm…a weather gadget that actually looks like it might be useful. Real time feeds from AccuWeather.com, five cities, temperatures and icons, all working off the Ambient wireless network. Cool /hot/fair stuff. $99.00.
No more running to your TV or PC for a weather report. Now you can view the five-day forecast with just a quick glance. A large 4″ x 4″ screen displays easy-to-read weather icons and high-low temperature ranges for each day. Toggle between five local cities in your region or upgrade to the premium service via a web page to view forecasts around the world or any specific zip code in the United States.
Originally a Radio Shack product, where it can be had for $29.97, since they are clearing it out.
The link didn’t appear in my first post, here it is:

If you use Firefox, you can get all this free from Forecast Fox, with little icons for the forecast at the bottom of your browser.
With a quick glance I know the next 2 days are going to be partly sunny, and by hovering over them….I get the temperatures (71)
Ah, but submachine, then I’d have to perch my PC precariously on the edge of my windowsill, which would ruin the paintwork rotten.
