Williams-Sonoma Dual Probe Thermometer – multitask your meat minding

Williams-Sonoma Dual Probe Thermometer

The holidays are upon us. Thanksgiving (the American version) is mere days away. Households will soon be awash with the smell of good things cooking and frantic hosts trying their best not to over or undercook anything. The Williams-Sonoma Dual Probe Thermometer should at least help you cook your meats to perfection.

This electric meat thermometer has two probes on it which can allow you to either track two separate meats, or just two parts of a very large cut of meat. For example, that 20 lb. turkey that will feed your family for months afterwards. It comes pre-programed with 15 different meat types as well as your basic cooking settings, rare to well done. You can also program it yourself for your personal preferences or if you’re into cooking some unconventional meats like bear.

It comes with three alarms so that you are alerted before the food is finished, when it’s done, and when you’ve waited too long to pull it from the oven. Hopefully this will save more meals from stressed out cooks.  The Williams-Sonoma Dual Probe Thermometer is $42.95.
