PAWA Card – probably the coolest little credit card charger on the planet [Review]

We went to a small digital demo show last night and tucked away in the corner of the room was a little stand showing off these tiny gizmos. The PAWA Card is an ultra thin credit card sized charge block which comes with an integrated Lithium Polymer battery, and a very clever triple format connector.

Timely – absolutely gorgeous alarm clock for Android, now free of charge [Freeware]

Last week Google swooped in and bought yet another small company using it’s extremely large duffel bag of loose change and lunch vouchers. But this time, instead of immediately shutting down the product and re-deploying the engineers towards the rear of the Googleplex building, Google has done the unthinkable. MediaCrush – superb free open sourced hosting for video, images and audio

We love open source, and especially when it’s wrapped around something ultra cool like this new media hosting service called MediaCrush. The service offers something a little different from traditional media hosting, and because it’s open source there’s a growing community getting involved which is a good sign for the future.
