DIY Solar Powered Grasshopper – Jimminy Cricket, Batman…

The DIY Solar Powered Grasshopper hops. Nah really, it does. Using only the power of the sun, some jittery metal legs and a snap-together design, it perambulates from place to place in tiny skips. Listen, you want more for your $10.95, you go design your own toy.

Eyes jiggle, legs wiggle, and antennas sway to and fro in the tango-jitterbug frightened – grasshopper dance. Use this kit’s contents to create a delightful little bug who nervously frolics around when powered by the sun. The solar panel means no batteries are required. And, no tools are needed because assembly is easy with parts that snap-together.
