Posterous must be the easiest blogging tool in the known universe and beyond. No sign up, just send an email to [email protected] and the system automatically sets up a free blog for you, drops your content (including photo or other attachments) into a post and fires off a reply to tell you what your new blog URL is.

I mean guys, it just doesn’t get any easier than that, right? Not only that, but the service will also automatically repost your stuff wherever you want, Twitter, Facebook, Blogger…etc etc. Totally amazing. I sent an email to the service and 10 seconds later nigelp.posterous.com was born. Complete with silly photo of a squirrel. Awesome tech, and so cool too.

Tell all your technophobic friends and family, tell your boss, tell Mrs Miggins, get them all blogging and let’s all just get along. Fabulous!

Posterous is the dead simple way to put anything online using email. We launched in July 2008 and we’ve been steadily growing and adding features. We love sharing thoughts, photos, audio, and files with our friends and family, but we didn’t like how hard it was… so we made a better way. That’s posterous. We’re super excited to see what happens when blogging becomes as easy as email, and we hope you enjoy posterous as much as we do. Thanks for trying it.
