Recumbent Exercise Bike – relax and pick up the pace at the same time

Recumbentexercisebike

Isn’t a Recumbent Exercise Bike a bit of an oxymoronical product? What, lie back and enjoy the ride? A little less pain, a little less gain? The big question we have is does it come with cup-holders too? $139.97.

Ride your way to a new, successful exercise routine. Get a great low-impact cardiovascular workout from a comfortable semi-reclined position. Sets up and takes down in a snap, with controls and monitoring to give you “smart” results without any additional “wasted” effort.

  1. I actually owned this bike for quite a while. It's a great space saver and performed very well. My only cautionary note is that the foot pedals are a little small and the bike is probably not suitable for people over the 250lb mark. Same company makes a folding rowing machine which I always wanted to try out.

No it is not an oxymoron; if anything it has made the exercise easier for me to do, with far less back discomfort. Cardio is cardio.
