DeepLeap – Scrabble meets Tetris. Result = addiction

deepleap small1 DeepLeap Scrabble meets Tetris. Result = addiction

Deepleap is a very cool cross between Tetris and Scrabble. Create words from the letter tiles that appear and make points. You’re given a finite set of tiles, and not much time, so think quickly. Oh and strangely, you type the letters of the word rather than selecting with a mouse. Most excellent. [Via]

Spell words from the tiles to gain points. 75 tiles drop every game, reload or click here to play a new game. Your point multiplier increases by spelling consecutive words correctly. Your multiplier resets if you drop a piece or spell an incorrect word. You get more points for spelling longers words. You get a bonus for having no tiles left at the end.
