Pepe The USB Parrot – what’s dat you say?

Pepetheusbparrot

Pepe The USB Parrot sits there tethered to your computer by a USB power cord and repeats what you say at random intervals. Now this could either be a) mildly amusing on a rainy autumn afternoon or b) downright embarrassing if you’re someone with a quick temper and an obsessive love of caffeine. Please think carefully before gifting this to a person you love. £16.49.

The USB Parrot plugs into your computer and sits on your desk listening to what you’re saying. Pieces of eight! Pieces of eight! Who’s a pretty boy then! Be careful you don’t let anything secret slip or swear too much, as just like a real parrot, the USB Parrot will listen in and randomly repeat phrases back to you whilst flapping its wings! Now available in a dual-powered format, so that it can also be independent of a computer and run on batteries…

Does it say things back to you in a parrot voice, or does it just record you and play back the recording? If it's not in a parrot voice, then FAIL.

So basically it is just like the old DOS parrot program they had… but it consumes more power?
