Dr Pic is an easy to use, registration-free, browser-based image manipulation site. You can resize, crop, rotate, fix photos, add text, blur, sharpen and do a few effects. You can upload your photos, save to the web or save back to your PC in jpg, gif, bmp or png. Nothing flash but super useful if you’re in a bind.

PicResize was founded in March 2005 and has grown to become one of the most popular online image editing tools available on the Internet due to its ease-of-use. To date, there have been over 5 million pictures resized and edited at PicResize. On September 9th, 2008, PicResize’s advanced online picture editor, PicResize 3.0, was renamed DrPic.com. The service will always remain free to use.
