Reporter Wireless Driveway Alert System – No more sneaking up the driveway

Image

The Reporter Wireless Driveway Alert System lets you know when someone is coming up your driveway. Useful if you’ve got a long drive, can’t always hear the door bell, or if you’re the wary, edgy type. It comes with one wireless sensor and one receiver but you can add up to 3 extra sensors if you really want to be sure when someone’s coming. The passive infrared sensor is apparently smart enough to ignore small animals but will detect people and cars. The operating range is also stated to be 270 metres (900 feet) but I’ll leave interpreting that up to you. US$52.99 from SmartHome.

Never miss an important visitor or package delivery again with the Reporter Wireless Driveway Alert System that detects and reports people or vehicles and reports the results to a receiver unit inside the house. Just place the sensor near any location needing notification or protection, including driveways, business entrances, garages, and barns, and when it detects activity, the receiver unit inside the house will sound a tone.
