Minimem – freeware optimizes Windows memory for faster operation

Minimem

Minimem is a neat freeware program which optimizes the memory usage of your Windows applications to keep your machine running as efficiently as possible at all times. You can choose which apps you want to optimize and also set the interval at which it does its thang. The result should be much improved system performance. Definitely worth a look if you’ve noticed a slow down in your Windows recently.

It optimizes memory by removing as many non-necessary memory pages as possible from the selected processes. It does so at regular intervals which can be user-defined as well and every 30s by default, though uses an advanced pooling mechanism to ensure the CPU usage of Minimem remains low at all times.
