DropTunes – Dropbox + your music = online jukebox

droptunes small DropTunes Dropbox + your music = online jukebox

DropTunes is a clever new online app which lets you use Dropbox.com as a music locker to store your tracks. Yes of course you could use Google Docs or Amazon’s new storage area or any of a multitude of online services, but the use of DropBox means you can sync the tracks across computers and even do cool things like play your iTunes library from within Dropbox on any synched computer. Pretty cool stuff. And it’s free.

DropTunes accesses and plays your audio files on Dropbox: a popular tool that syncs files between your computers and also makes them available on the web. DropTunes was designed and developed by me, John Mills, with the help of some cool open source projects
