There was a time when games were much less (and sub-sequentially more) complicated. Tutorials didn’t take six or more hours, quick-time events didn’t exist, and it was all about skills. While there are still games out there that require some level of proficiency, you really can’t beat the classics. While they don’t really sell the consoles of old anymore, it doesn’t mean you can’t still play games from that time in gaming history.
The RetroN 3 is a console that will let you play NES, SNES, Genesis, Super Famicom, and Mega Drive games. Not simultaneously of course, but it can hold any of the cartridges in one of its three slots. It does come with two wireless controllers, but if you have the originals, there are ports for each platform. You’ll have a choice of vector red or charcoal grey, and it will cost you $70 to relive some memories. However, you may want to make sure you have games to play on it first.
