Every movie needs its own game these days, and the need for that game is increased a thousand-fold when the plot involves firing lots of high-powered weapons and blowing up a bunch of stuff.
Robocop for Android lets you slip into the cyborg body of Alex Murphy to battle both humans and robots while protecting the innocent citizens of Detroit in 2028… and let us take this moment to mention how fitting we think it is that a cyborg character is now playable on a device called Android.
As Robocop, you’ll immerse yourself in console-quality training simulations, using handguns and drone strikes to attack enemies while saving human hostages and capturing informants. Players even get the chance to go up against robot baddies EM-208 and the ED-209 that are featured in the Robocop movie.
You might be willing to buy that for a dollar but go ahead and keep your money in your pocket… for now. Robocop is free to play on Android 2.1 and up but you can purchase various upgrades and additional items.
